MARCH 10 - MAY 26, 9:30am

EZEKIEL: A PROPHET TO CAPTIVE ISRAEL (continued)

led by Elders Bob Almond and Bernie Cohen

Meets in the CONFERENCE ROOM (FORMER Library)

Ezekiel is known for his visions and parables of Israel during its exile years under the Babylonian empire.  Our second term will continue in March as we study God’s sovereignty, justice, promises and ultimate deliverance.  We will begin with Chapter 23 and cover the material through Chapter 47.  Bob Almond and Bernie Cohen will draw on several commentaries and our own biblical studies of the material.

Changing hearts, changing lives

led by Elder Kevin Freer & Deacon Jared Guckenberger

Meets in balcony classroom Room b202

“Changing Hearts, Changing Lives” is a video series by David Powlison and Paul David Tripp with class discussion.  This study presents a biblical model of change that shows the connection between our heart (the “root”) and our actions (the “fruit”).  We will be learning how the Bible speaks profoundly to temptation, suffering, and relationships, with grace and hope. You may ask, “Have I seen this class being offered before?” Some of us have gone through this course several times.  Each time, new insights present us with helpful areas of consideration in Bible reading, prayer, and personal interaction. Join us and stimulate a desire for continued growth with our Lord, and learn the foundation of how we can be used by Him more effectively in the lives of those around us. We will have optional, deeper study materials for those who desire to dig deeper throughout the week.

CREATED FOR WORSHIP

led by PASTOR DON POST - MEETS IN FELLOWSHIP HALL

We won’t find the meaning of our lives by merely looking within. Our Creator made us with a purpose: to glorify Him and enjoy Him forever. In this teaching series, Rev. Jason Helopoulos demonstrates that worship isn’t just one part of the Christian life—it is our life. As people made in the image of God, and as sinners made new through redemption in Jesus Christ, worship is our present calling and eternal destiny. Discover in this series how we are to fulfill our calling as God’s worshipers in the church, in our families, and in our everyday lives.

the one who conquers: an Intro to revelation (continued)

led by Elder Brian Warshaw

Meets in Room 204 (educational wing)

As our study of Revelation moves into Chapter 6 and beyond, we’ll build on the accessible foundation of the first five chapters, diving deeper into the imagery and symbolism, while never losing sight of the one who conquered on our behalf.
